摘要

目的：观察复方五子口服液治疗女性尿道综合征的临床疗效。方法：将81例女性尿道综合征患者随机分为治疗组(40例)与对照组(41例)。对照组予舍尼亭,治疗组予复方五子口服液。两组疗程均为2个月,观察中医证候积分(各单项及总分)、血清雌二醇(E,2,)及促卵泡生成素(FSH)的变化情况。结果：①最终完成试验者治疗组35例,对照组37例。②治疗前后组内比较,对照组尿频、尿急、尿后滴沥症状积分明显降低(P＜0.05),其余症状积分变化均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗组各单项症状积分均明显降低(P＜0.05)。组间治疗后比较,在腰膝酸软、神疲乏力、畏寒肢冷方面,治疗组症状积分改善明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。组间治疗后比较,治疗组中医证候总积分改善明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,对照组E,2,与FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗组E,2,与FSH水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组间治疗后比较,E,2,与FSH水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：复方五子口服液可明显减轻女性尿道综合征患者尿频、尿急等临床症状,并可改善患者的雌激素水平。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Wuzi Oral Liquid in the treatment of female urethral syndrome. Methods81 patients with female urethral syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group(40 cases)and control group(41 cases). The control group was treated with tolterodine tartrate,the treatment group was treated with Compound Wuzi Oral Liquid,with a course of 2 months. The changes on the Chinese medical syndrome scores(including single item score and total score),serum levels of estradiol(E,2,)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were observed. Results:①Finally 35 cases in the treatment group and 37 cases in the control group completed the trial. ②Compared with treatment before,the symptom scores on frequent urination,urgent urination and dribbling urination of the control group were obviously decreased after treatment(P＜0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences on the other symptom scores(P＞0.05)；while all single item scores of the treatment group were obviously decreased after treatment(P＜0.05). After treatment,the symptom scores on soreness and weakness of waist and knees,spiritlessness and weakness,fear of cold and coldness in limbs in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment,the total score of Chinese medical syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). ③There were no statistically significant differences on the serum levels of E,2, and FSH in the control group between treatment before and after(P＞0.05),while there were statistically significant differences on the serum levels of E,2, and FSH in the treatment group between treatment before and after(P＜0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the serum levels of E,2, and FSH between the control group and treatment group(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Compound Wuzi Oral Liquid can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with female urethral syndrome,such as frequent urination and urgent urination,and improve the estrogen levels.
