Extraction process optimization of total flavonoids from Ziziphi Spinosae Fructus based on response surface methodology
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Ziziphi Spinosae Fructus. MethodsTaken the solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration and extraction time as the indexes, the extraction process of total flavonoids from Ziziphi Spinosae Fructus was optimized by response surface methodology. Results:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:The extraction time was 1.7 hours, the extraction temperature was 74 ℃, the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶27. The average content of total flavonoids was 1.403 mg/g, and the relative error was 0.31%, which was close to the theoretical prediction. Conclusion:This method is simple, convenient and feasible, which can provide references for the efficient extraction of total flavonoids from Ziziphi Spinosae Fructus as well as subsequent industrial production.
