摘要

通过网络检索、分类与汇总的方法对国内外文献中报道的山茱萸环烯醚萜苷类化学成分进行综述,并对其中含量最高的马钱苷与莫诺苷的药理作用及药物动力学特点进行总结,其药理作用表现为抑制神经退行性病变(抑制Ca,2+,失衡、抗氧化应激的损伤、神经保护作用、抑制细胞凋亡、抗炎)、抗血栓、抑制黑素、治疗糖尿病等方面。

Abstract

By network search,classification and collection,this paper summarizes the chemical constituents of cornel iridoid glycosides which have reported in domestic and foreign literatures. And the pharmacological effects and pharmacokinetics characteristics of loganin and morroniside with the highest contents are sorted out. The pharmacological effects include inhibition on neurodegenerative diseases(inhibition on Ca,2+, imbalance,suppression on oxidative stress damage,protection on nerve,inhibition on cell apoptosis and anti-inflammation),anti-thrombosis,anti-melanin and anti-diabetes.
