摘要

从背景、定义、释义、诊断要素方面阐释“泛发性肛周脓肿”的概念；从患者自身因素、医源性因素方面论述泛发性肛周脓肿的影响因素；从文献研究、现代研究进展方面探讨拖线疗法治疗泛发性肛周脓肿的理论基础。

Abstract

This paper explains the concept of generalized perianal abscess from the background,definition,interpretation and diagnostic elements,and discusses the influence factors from patients and medical treatment related aspects. The theoretical basis of thread-dragging therapy in the treatment of generalized perianal abscess is investigated from literature research and modern research progress.
