摘要

介绍施杞教授运用中医药治疗颈椎病的经验。提倡辨病、辨证、辨型相结合,根据颈椎病颈型、神经根型、椎动脉型、脊髓型、交感神经型的不同,在运用中医理论的基础上,结合多年临证经验,形成了具有显著疗效的系列经验方。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Shi Qi’s experience in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy with traditional Chinese medicine. He proposes the combination of disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation and pattern differentiation. According to the different patterns including cervical type,radiculopathy,vertebral arteriopathy,myelopathy and sympathetic type, based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with years of clinical experience,he has formed a series of empirical formula with significant efficacy.
