This paper discussed Ma Peizhi’s academic thoughts and characteristics in the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases. By studying the medical cases,diagnosis methods,prescriptions and drugs that associated with gynecological diseases in Medical Records of Four Doctors in Menghe(Menghe Sijia Yiji),from etiology and pathogenesis,treatment methods,medication characteristics and other aspects,combined with various medical records,Ma Peizhi’s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases were summarized. In Ma’s treatment on the menstrual disease,it emphasized the liver and spleen,and proposed the internal and external treatment for morbid vaginal discharge in combination. Before pregnancy,it should pay attention to the antenatal training and antenatal care,and prevent the illness of mother viscera affecting the child one；and the postpartum diseases should focus on deficiency and stasis.
