Objective:To study the postoperative clinical efficacy of endoscopic resection combined with Shugan Hewei Decoction in the treatment of gastric polyps. Methods80 patients with gastric polyps were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in group. Both groups were treated with endoscopic resection and proton pump inhibitor. In addition,the treatment group was treated with Shugan Hewei Decoction by oral administration. The drug treatment course was one month in both groups. The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and serum levels of pepsinogen(PG)were observed in both groups.  Results:①The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01). ②After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores were significantly decreased in both groups compared with treatment before(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).③After treatment,the serum level of PGⅠand the ratio of PGⅠand PGⅡ(PGR)were significantly increased in both groups compared with treatment before(P<0.05),and the levels of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).  Conclusion:Endoscopic resection combined with Shugan Hewei Decoction in the treatment of gastric polyps can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and promote the repair of gastric mucosal.
