Clinical observation of recipes with effects of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with low molecular weight heparin on prethrombotic state in early recurrent spontaneous abortion
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of recipes with effects of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)caused by prethrombotic state. Methods90 RSA patients caused by prethrombotic state were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. Based on the luteal support therapy, the treatment group was treated with recipes with effects of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with low molecular weight heparin, and the control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin, with a course of 30 days. The embryo survival rate at pregnancy of 12 weeks, the levels of coagulation related indicators including fibrinogen(FIB)and D-Dimer were observed and compared. Results:①The embryo survival rates at pregnancy of 12 weeks were 86.67% in the treatment group and 71.11% in the control group. There was statistically significant difference on the embryo survival rate at pregnancy of 12 weeks between the two groups, and the survival rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). ②For the comparison between treatment before and after within group, there were statistically significant differences on the levels of FIB and D-Dimer in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment, there were statistically significant differences on the levels of FIB and D-Dimer between the two groups, and the levels of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Recipes with effects of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with low molecular weight heparin show good efficacy in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state, which can significantly improve the prethrombotic state and increase the success rate of tocolysis.
