Wang Xiuxia’s experience in treating intermenstrual bleeding from deficiency of liver yang
This paper introduces Professor Wang Xiuxia’s clinical experience in the treatment of intermenstrual bleeding from deficiency of liver yang. She considers the main pathogenesis of intermenstrual bleeding as deficiency of liver yang and dysfunction of dispersion and storing blood. She proposes that the first principles of treatment are warming and nourishing liver yang and regulating qi and regulating menstruation. She pays attention to the application of drugs with effects of warming liver yang,the modified Wengan Tiaojing Decoction is commonly used in the clinical treatment.
