From the topic analysis such as miscellaneous diseases and sudden onset diseases,unification of cold pathogenic and miscellaneous diseases,miscellaneous diseases and internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and so on,this paper puts forward some views as follow:Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases was written during the clinical practice which aimed at the syndrome and treatment of fever diseases,while miscellaneous diseases should be its supplement and development. A lot of sections in Synopsis of Golden Chamber were adapted or supplemented by descendants,which made its original appearance blurred and really transformed into the specific book of syndrome and treatment of miscellaneous diseases. The concept of miscellaneous diseases had changed later,even tended to internal injury caused by excess of seven emotions. From the clinical perspective,there is close relationship between cold pathogenic and miscellaneous diseases. Therefore,Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases is the base,and the later schools of physicians are the expanding and extending,and finally internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine at present is developed and formed.
