摘要

目的：观察消银汤对寻常型银屑病血热证患者免疫功能的影响。方法：将78例寻常型银屑病血热证患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例；对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组则在常规西医治疗的基础上加用消银汤进行治疗,疗程2个月。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和红细胞免疫指标变化情况。结果：①对照组总有效率为82.05%,观察组为97.44%；观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。②治疗后,两组外周血CD3,+,、CD4,+,、CD3,+,CD4,+,较治疗前降低(P,<,0.05),CD8,+,较治疗前升高(P,<,0.05)；观察组各指标的改善优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。③治疗后,两组FEIR较治疗前降低(P,<,0.05),FEER、ATER和RBC-C3bR较治疗前升高(P,<,0.05)；观察组红细胞免疫指标的改善优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。结论：消银汤治疗寻常型银屑病(血热证)临床疗效较好,且可显著改善患者的免疫状态。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaoyin Decoction on immune function in patients of psoriasis vulgaris with syndrome of blood-heat. Methods78 patients of psoriasis vulgaris with syndrome of blood-heat were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy of western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiaoyin Decoction based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 2 months. The clinical efficacy of both groups was observed,and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and immune indexes of erythrocytes were compared before and after treatment. Results:①The total effective rate was 82.05% in the control group and 97.44% in the observation group. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P,<,0.05). ②Compared with treatment before,the levels of CD3,+,CD4,+, and CD3,+,CD4,+, in peripheral blood were decreased(P,<,0.05)and the CD8,+, level was increased(P,<,0.05)in both groups. The improvement on all indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P,<,0.05). ③After treatment,the FEIR level was decreased(P,<,0.05)and the levels of FEER,ATER and RBC-C3bR were increased(P,<,0.05)in both groups. The improvement on immune indexes of erythrocytes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P,<,0.05). Conclusion:Xiaoyin Decoction shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with syndrome of blood-heat,and can significantly improve the immune state of patients.
