摘要

从3则验案探讨经方临床运用的思路。认为临床处方必须遵循“方病人”方证三角诊疗模式,从体质、经典方证、抓经方疾病谱来决定所用方剂。

Abstract

This paper discussed the ideas of clinical application of classical prescriptions from three proven cases. It considers that the clinical prescription should follow the “prescription-disease-patient” triangle patterns of diagnosis and treatment,and the selection and application of classical prescriptions should base on constitution,classical prescription and syndrome and disease spectrum of classical prescriptions.
