摘要

目的：观察逐瘀祛浊汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症的疗效及其对脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A,2,(Lp-PLA,2,)水平的影响。方法：将110例患者随机分为对照组和观察组(各55例)；对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上结合逐瘀祛浊汤治疗,疗程12周。比较两组患者心电图疗效、血脂水平、血液流变学指标和Lp-PLA,2,水平。结果：观察组总有效率为78.18%,对照组为54.55%；观察组疗效优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。治疗后,两组患者LDL-C、TC和TG水平下降(P,<,0.05),HDL-C水平升高(P,<,0.05)；观察组血脂水平改善优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血液流变学指标、ADP和Lp-PLA,2,水平均较治疗前明显下降(P,<,0.05)；观察组各指标低于对照组(P,<,0.05)。结论：逐瘀祛浊汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症具有良好临床疗效,可调节血脂、血液流变学和降低ADP和Lp-PLA,2,水平。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zhuyu Quzhuo Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia and the effect on the level of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A,2,(Lp-PLA,2,). Methods 110 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy of western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhuyu Quzhuo Decoction based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 12 weeks. The efficacy on electrocardiogram,the levels of blood lipid,hemorheological indexes and Lp-PLA,2, in both groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 78.18% in the observation group and 54.55% in the control group. The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P,<,0.05). After treatment,the levels of LDL-C,TC and TG in both groups were decreased(P,<,0.05),and the HDL-C level was increased(P,<,0.05). The improvement on blood lipid levels in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P,<,0.05). After treatment,the levels of hemorheological indexes,ADP and Lp-PLA,2, in both groups were obviously decreased compared with treatment before(P,<,0.05),and the levels of all indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P,<,0.05). Conclusion: Zhuyu Quzhuo Decoction shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia,which can improve the blood lipid and hemorheology and decrease the levels of ADP and Lp-PLA,2,.
