Clinical efficacy and mechanism research of Zexie Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension
This paper reviewed the clinical efficacy and mechanism research of Zexie Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension. Zexie Decoction shows definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of essential hypertension. Its mechanism of anti-hypertension is mainly associated with the regulation of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS),protection of vascular endothelium, inhibition of vascular remodeling, regulation of K,+, and Na,+, pumps, potassium sparing diuresis, improvement of insulin resistance, which plays the safe and stable role of anti-hypertension with multi mechanism and targets.
