The incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion has increased year by year,but the clinical treatment methods are limited. In recent years,it has found that thrombophilia is closely related to recurrent spontaneous abortion,which may be a new way for treatment. According to the close relationship between thrombophilia and syndrome of blood stasis,the treatment of Chinese medicine has also gradually changed the clinical traditional therapy of invigorating kidney and clearing heat,and paid attention to the treatment based on relieving blood stasis,which obtained good efficacy. Through the discussion on the relationship between syndrome of blood stasis and recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by thrombophilia,this paper summarizes the research progress on the therapy of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion,which aims to provide a new idea for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with Chinese medicine.
