This paper introduced Tian Jianhui’s clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of lung cancer associated with insomnia. He considers that lung cancer associated with insomnia are mainly caused by mental and psychological factors,adverse reactions of radiochemotherapy,cancer pain and so on. In clinic,it should pay attention to emotional therapy. According to the core pathogenesis,taken liver regulation as the core,the treatment should combine the disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation from the three aspects of deficiency syndrome,excess syndrome and miscellaneous syndrome. One proven case was presented.
