摘要

探究经络辨证的源流与发展。研究发现,经络辨证的产生和发展经历了先秦至明清漫长时期,先秦帛书始现经络辨证雏形；秦汉经典奠定经络辨证之根基,脏腑经脉络属、循经辨证、络脉辨证、足六经等方面体系完整；魏晋南北朝时期进一步发展了穴位主治与奇经八脉理论；宋金元时期各个流派百花齐放,归经论、十四经等理论多有突破；至明清进一步发展络脉理论,经络辨证体系至臻完善。

Abstract

This paper investigated the origin and development of meridians differentiation. The study finds that the emergence and development of meridians differentiation has experienced a long period from pre Qin Dynasty to Ming and Qing Dynasties. The embryonic form of meridians differentiation emerged at book copied on silk in pre Qin Dynasty. The foundation of meridians differentiation was established in Qin and Han Dynasties classics,and the complete system associated with relationship among organ viscera,meridians and collaterals,meridians differentiation,collaterals differentiation,six meridians of foot was made. The acupoint indications and the theory of Eight Extraordinary Channels were further developed in the period of Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties. During the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the flowering of all schools presented,and there were many breakthroughs in the theory of channel tropism,fourteen channels and others. Until Ming and Qing Dynasties,the theory of collaterals was further developed,which made the system of meridians differentiation more perfect.
