Optimization on processing conditions of honeysuckle carbonizing by orthogonal design
Objective:To optimize the processing conditions of honeysuckle carbonizing. MethodsTaken the appearance character and the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside as indexes for comprehensive evaluation,the optimization on processing conditions of honeysuckle carbonizing are performed by L,9,(3,4,)orthogonal design. Results:The optimum processing conditions of honeysuckle carbonizing are stir-frying at 330 ℃ for 10 minutes. Conclusion:The optimized stir-frying processing are stable and feasible with the definite and specific parameters,which can be used to prepare the high quality honeysuckle carbonizing in pieces.
