Review on the modern research mechanism of Qingyi Huaji Recipe on inhibiton of the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer
Through the summary and analysis, this paper reviewed the related mechanism of Qingyi Huaji Recipe. Based on the principle of clearing heat-toxicity and regulating qi-flowing for eliminating dampness,Qingyi Huaji Recipe can stabilize the tumor and prolong the survival time in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. The main mechanism include down-regulating immunosuppressive factors to improve immune suppression, inhibiting tumor associated fibroblasts to improve tumor microenvironment,down-regulating metastasis related gene Ski,decreasing the cell proportion of S phase to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells, regulating Notch signaling pathway to inhibit protein expression.
