摘要

对清胰化积方的相关研究进行总结分析,概述清胰化积方治疗中晚期胰腺癌的相关机制。清胰化积方以清热解毒、理气化湿为原则,在中晚期胰腺癌的治疗中,可稳定瘤灶、延长生存期。其机制主要表现在下调免疫抑制因子、改善免疫抑制状态、抑制肿瘤相关成纤维细胞、改善肿瘤微环境、下调转移相关基因Ski、降低S期细胞比例进而抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、调节Notch信号通路抑制蛋白表达。

Abstract

Through the summary and analysis,this paper reviewed the related mechanism of Qingyi Huaji Recipe. Based on the principle of clearing heat-toxicity and regulating qi-flowing for eliminating dampness,Qingyi Huaji Recipe can stabilize the tumor and prolong the survival time in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. The main mechanism include down-regulating immunosuppressive factors to improve immune suppression,inhibiting tumor associated fibroblasts to improve tumor microenvironment,down-regulating metastasis related gene Ski,decreasing the cell proportion of S phase to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,regulating Notch signaling pathway to inhibit protein expression.
