摘要

综述苦杏仁苷抗肿瘤的活性及调控机制。苦杏仁苷通过调控Akt和RICTOR等相关信号通路、下调细胞周期相关因子、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等实现抗肿瘤作用。对膀胱癌、肺癌、结肠癌等多种肿瘤有效。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the antitumor activity and regulation mechanism of amygdalin. Amygdalin plays a role in antitumor by regulating signaling pathways related to AKT,RICTOR and so on,down-regulating cell cycle related factors and inducing apoptosis of tumor cells,which is effective for bladder cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer and other tumors.
