Study on data mining of acpoints selection in acupuncture treatment of cancer pain based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system
Objective:To summarize the rule of acupoints selection in acupuncture treatment of cancer pain based on data mining of clinical research literature by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS),and provide new ideas for clinical therapy. Methods The clinical research literature about acupuncture in the treatment of cancer pain which included before June 30,2016 were searched in China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)database and Wanfang medical network. The information on cancer site, pain site, acupuncture prescriptions were collected in TCMISS. The rule of acupoints selection in acupuncture treatment of cancer pain was analyzed by the software of integrated data mining tools. Results: ①A total of 87 articles are included, and there are 146 acupuncture prescriptions involving 104 acpoints. ②The acupuncture treatment of cancer pain mainly focus on the primary disease of cancer pain, and the top three of the primary disease are liver cancer, gastric cancer and lung cancer. ③Overall,the application frequency of acupoints from high to low are Zusanli(ST36),Neiguan(P6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Hegu(LI4),Ashi point in order. ④The application frequency of acupoints in treating liver cancer pain from high to low are Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Ganshu(B18),Qimen(Liv14),Taichong(Liv3)in order. The most common acupoint combination with higher correlation include “Zusanli- Sanyinjiao”,“ Sanyinjiao-Qimen” and “Sanyinjiao-Qimen-Zhangmen(Liv13)”. ⑤The application frequency of acupoints in treating gastric cancer pain from high to low are Zusanli,Zhongwan(CV12),Sanyinjiao,Neiguan and Hegu in order. The most common acupoint combination with higher correlation include “Zusanli-Zhongwan”,“Zusanli-Sanyinjiao”,“Zusanli-Neiguan” . ⑥The application frequency of acupoints in treating lung cancer pain from high to low are Neiguan,Feishu(B13),Kongzui(LU6),Ashi point,Hegu in order. The most common acupoint combination with higher correlation include “Feishu-Hegu”,“Feishu-Neiguan”,“Neiguan-Kongzui”. ⑦The new prescription for liver cancer pain is Taichong,Xinshu(B15),Sanyinjiao,Xingjian(Liv2), Ganshu. The new prescription for gastric cancer pain is Hegu,Shousanli(LI10),Neiguan,Yinlingquan(SP9),Weishu(B21). The new prescription for lung cancer pain is Ashi point,Chize(LU5),Shousanli,Kongzui,Shenshu(B23). Conclusion: As an important assistant tool for data mining and rule analysis of the hidden clinical information,TCMISS can conclude the rule of acpoint compatibility in clinical acupuncture treatment of cancer pain, and the new prescriptions created by the system can provide new ideas for clinical acupuncture treatment of cancer pain.
