摘要

目的：观察扩心方治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效。方法：将88例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(45例)。两组均采用常规西药治疗,治疗组加用中药扩心方口服。两组疗程均为6个月,观察临床疗效,比较心功能分级、心脏超声相关指标及血清脑钠肽水平的变化情况。结果：①治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为90.70%、73.33%；组间临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。②组间治疗后NYHA心功能分级比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。③组间治疗后比较,治疗组心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：扩心方治疗扩张型心肌病,可明显改善心功能及临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kuoxin Recipe in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods 88 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group (43cases) and control group (45 cases). Both groups were received the conventional therapy of western medicine,and the treatment group was orally treated with Kuoxin Recipe additionally,with a course of 6 months. The clinical efficacy was observed,the changes of New York Heart Association(NYHA)functional class,related indexes of cardiac ultrasound and serum level of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)were compared. Results: ①The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 90.70% and 73.33% respectively,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). ②After treatment,the NYHA functional class of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).③After treatment,the levels of cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDd)and BNP were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Kuoxin Recipe can be used in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy,which obviously improve the cardiac function,clinical symptoms and life quality of patients.
