Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingying Xiere Huayu Decoction in the treatment of early deep venous thrombosis. Methods 60 patients with early deep venous thrombosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given the routine basic nursing. In addition,the treatment group was treated with Qingying Xiere Huayu Decoction and the control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,with a course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy was observed,the changes of related biochemical parameters (platelet count,prothrombin time and D-dimer) and circumference of lower limbs were compared.  Results: ①The clinical total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05) . ②After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences on the platelet count and prothrombin time between the two groups(P>0.05),but the decrease of D-dimer level in the treatment group were more greater than those in the control group (P<0.05) .③After treatment,the reduction of circumference of lower limbs(ankle,fibula,10cm above patella and femur)in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group (P<0.05) .  Conclusion: Qingying Xiere Huayu Decoction shows good efficacy in the treatment of early deep venous thrombosis,which can significantly alleviate the swelling and pain of lower limbs,and improve the blood hypercoagulable state of patients.
