This paper discussed Zheng Qin’an’s thoughts of spleen and stomach. Through the research on Zheng Qin’an’s medical books,it finds that Zheng’s discussion on innate qi,primordial yin and primordial yang all focus on the spleen and stomach. Zheng’s thoughts of spleen and stomach permeate all aspects of his medical ideas. He inherited his teacher Liu Yuan ’s thoughts of spleen and stomach,combined with Inner Canon of Huangdi and Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,drew lessons from the theory of nature and nurture in yi-ology,and put forward the thoughts of spleen and stomach concerning“interdependence between nature and nurture,spleen and stomach as key of acquired foundation”. The principle method,prescription,medication all pay attention to the treatment of spleen and stomach.
