Clinical observation of Tangshen Shengqing Jiangzhuo Particles in treating diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tangshen Shengqing Jiangzhuo Particles in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)with proteinuria. Methods96 patients of DN with proteinuria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with the same conventional symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was orally treated with Tangshen Shengqing Jiangzhuo Particles and the control group was treated with Benazepril hydrochloride tablets additionally, with a course of 3 month. The clinical efficacy was observed, and the changes of TCM syndrome score, urinary microalbumin,24 h urine protein quantitation, fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),serum creatinine (SCr),blood urine nitrogen (BUN),total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride(TG) were compared. Results:①The clinical total effective rate was 85.42% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). ②For the comparison of the difference between treatment before and after, the decrease of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). ③After treatment, the decrease of urinary microalbumin and 24h urine protein quantitation in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05). ④After treatment, there were no statistically significant differences on the levels of SCr and BUN between the two groups(P>0.05),while the levels of FPG,HbA1c,TC,TG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tangshen Shengqing Jiangzhuo Particles can be used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria, which can control blood glucose and protect renal function, reduce urine protein and improve lipid metabolism.
