Effects of five mimic-animal exercise on muscular tension of waist and abdomen in the population of spinal degeneration at compensatory stable stage
Objective:To observe the effects of five mimic-animal exercise(wuqinxi) on muscular tension of waist and abdomen in the population of spinal degeneration at compensatory stable stage. Methods92 patients of spinal degeneration at compensatory stable stage were randomly divided into the exercise group(32 cases),manipulation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The three groups were treated with five mimic-animal exercise,manipulation therapy and health education,respectively. The changes of muscular tension of waist and abdomen in all subjects were compared before treatment and after treatment for 5,10,30 times. Results:After treatment for 5,10,30 times,there were statistically significant differences on the muscular tension of bilateral erector spinae between the control group and exercise group or manipulation group(P<0.05). After treatment for 5,10,30 times,there were statistically significant differences on the muscular tension of bilateral erector spinae between the exercise group and manipulation group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Five mimic-animal exercise can decrease the muscular tension of bilateral erector spinae in patients of spinal degeneration at compensatory stable stage.
