摘要

阐明胃食管反流病的生理病理与病因病机,并结合流行病学特征,提出从肝胆论治胃食管反流病,强调肝、胆因素在胃食管反流病发生发展过程中的重要作用。

Abstract

This paper elaborates the physiology,pathology and pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD). Combined with the epidemiological characteristics,it puts forward that the treatment of GERD should base on liver and gallbladder,and emphasizes that the liver and gallbladder have played an important role in the occurrence and development process of GERD.
