摘要

分析归纳《伤寒杂病论》中小柴胡汤的证治规律。小柴胡汤中柴胡和甘草是方根,治疗病证为外感、杂病、妇人病等三大类,可扶正祛邪、发汗解表。运用时需注意类证鉴别、方证转变和中病即止。

Abstract

This paper analyzed and summarized the syndrome and treatment rules of Xiaochaihu Decoction in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases. Radix Bupleuri and Radix Glycyrrhizae are the basic herbs in Xiaochaihu Decoction. The formula shows the effects of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors and diaphoresis to relieve superficies syndrome,and the indications include exogenous diseases,miscellaneous diseases and gynecological diseases. The application should pay attention to the identification of similar syndromes,transformation of prescription and syndrome,drug withdrawal after recovery.
