Investigation on the connotation and denotation of “You Gu Wu Yun” theory
This paper discussed the connotation,denotation and clinical significance of “You Gu Wu Yun” theory. The original meaning of “You Gu Wu Yun” theory refers to drugs with effects of drastic purgation,relaxing bowels,breaking blood and expelling stasis,qi consumption can be properly and rationally used in pregnant woman under critical conditions (“Daji Daju” syndrome) to achieve therapeutic purpose. Its denotative meaning emphasizes the accurate and flexible application of drugs in clinical practice. As long as the drugs are consistent with the syndromes,they can be boldly applied,even toxic medicine. “You Gu Wu Yun” theory is not only suitable for gynecology,but also instructive for the treatment of malignant tumor and miscellaneous diseases.
