目的:观察五禽戏锻炼对中老年女性膝关节肌力及平衡能力的影响。 方法:将56例中老年女性志愿者采用类实验的方法分为干预组与对照组,每组28例。干预组进行五禽戏锻炼,对照组进行拉伸锻炼。两组均干预12个月,观察比较膝关节等速肌力测试指标及Berg平衡量表评分(以下简称Berg评分)的变化情况。 结果:①干预组组内各时点比较:右膝伸肌、左膝屈肌T1与T2的PW比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左右膝关节屈、伸肌T2与T3的PW比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);左右膝关节屈、伸肌T1与T3的PW比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组组内各时点比较:左右膝关节屈、伸肌T1、T2、T3时点分别两两相比,PW差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②组间T3时比较,两组左右膝伸肌的PW差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组左右膝屈肌的PW差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③干预组组内各时点比较:T1、T2、T3两两比较时,Berg评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组组内各时点比较:T1与T2、T1与T3比较时,Berg评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);T2与T3比较,Berg评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间T3时比较,两组Berg评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:五禽戏锻炼可以提高中老年女性膝关节相关肌力,起到延缓肌力下降、提高平衡能力的作用。
Objective:To observe the influence of five mimic-animal exercise on knee-joint muscle strength and balance capacity in middle-aged and elderly women. Methods 56 middle-aged and elderly women volunteers were divided into the intervention group and control group by the methods of quasi-experiment,28 cases in each group. Five mimic-animal exercise were performed in the intervention group and stretching exercises were performed in the control group,with a course of 12 months. The indexes of isokinetic test in knee-joint and the scores of Berg balance scale were observed and compared. Results:①Comparison of different time points(T1 refers to treatment before,T2 and T3 refer to treatment for 6 and 12 months respectively)in the intervention group:For the comparison of peak torque/body weight(PW)in right knee extensors and left knee flexors,there were statistically significant differences between T1 and T2 (P<0.05);for the PW comparison in extensors and flexors of left and right knee,there were no statistically significant differences between T2 and T3(P>0.05),there were statistically significant differences between T1 and T3(P<0.05).Comparison of different time points in the control group:for the PW comparison in extensors and flexors of left and right knee,there were no statistically significant differences between T1 and T2,T2 and T3,T1 and T3(P>0.05).②For the comparison in extensors of left and right knee at T3, there was statistically significant difference on PW between the two groups(P<0.05);while for the comparison in flexors of left and right knee at T3,there was no statistically significant difference on PW between the two groups(P>0.05).③Comparison of different time points in the intervention group:there were statistically significant differences on Berg scores between T1 and T2,T2 and T3,T1 and T3(P<0.05). Comparison of different time points in the control group:there were statistically significant differences on Berg scores between T1 and T2,T1 and T3(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference on Berg score between T2 and T3(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference on Berg scores between the two groups at T3(P<0.05). Conclusion:Five mimic-animal exercise can improve the knee-joint muscle strength in middle-aged and elderly women,which slow down the muscle weakness and improve the balance capacity.
