Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Honglu Mixture combined with Longqing Capsule in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis with syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat. Methods84 cases of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis with syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,42 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Honglu Mixture combine with Longqing Capsule, while the control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule,with a course of one month. The clinical efficacy was observed,the changes of National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI)and routine indexes of prostatic fluid were compared.  Results:①The total effective rate was 92.96% in the treatment group and 69.01% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). ②For the comparison of treatment before and after within group,there were statistically significant differences on the scores of pain,urination and life quality and the total score of CPSI in both groups(P<0.05)；for the comparison between the two groups after treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the score of pain and the total score of CPSI(P<0.05). ③For the comparison of treatment before and after within group,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of white blood cell(WBC)and small particle of lecithin(SPL)in both groups(P<0.05)；for the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the improvement on the levels of WBC and SPL in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).  Conclusion:Honglu Mixture combined with Longqing Capsule can be used in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis with syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat,which significantly relieve the symptoms such as pain,frequent urination,urgent urination,and improve the function of the prostate.
