Professor Shi Qi, as the morality model for his students, devoted himself to TCM education more than fifty years. During long-term exploration of high-level personnel graduates and inheritating graduates training mode and method of TCM, he put forward the new teaching mode, “One body with two wings approaches, six pairs of key element” and summarized his education experience:building personality cultivation as the foundation, “six emotion” education as the guidance, “three roads” as the pathway. He promoted that subject development should pay attention to personnel training and scientific research should closely centre on three points, “clinical difficulties, discipline hotspots, characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine”. He was also good at feeding back education based on the results of the study and paying attention to the two-way transformation.
