The method of central degeneration and crushing and drainage in solid tumor was studied in this paper. The degeneration and necrosis of tumor central tissue was caused by radio-frequency ablation,and then the degenerated and necrotic tissue was washed after crush and drained out,which reduce the leakage caused by thermal denaturation and the harmful substance released by necrotic tissue. Because of the formation of tumor cavity,the tumor lose the support for outward expansion and instead inward collapse to achieve organizational reconstruction,and then Chinese and western medicine with low temperature can be given into the cavity for composite treatment plan and whole comprehensive treatment. For larger tumors,above treatment can be repeated in order to gradually reduce the tumor volume and finally cure disease. In addition,the indications,the key technical problems that solved and to be solved and the technical advantages of this method were also illustrated in this paper.
