摘要

论述多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致复发性流产(RSA)的辨证分型及治疗,归纳总结该病责之于心、肝、脾、肾,辨证以肾虚为主,兼有痰湿、郁火或血瘀。在治疗上遵循分阶段治疗法则:孕前预培其损,祛除病因,以补肾调冲为大法,兼健脾祛湿或疏肝清心或养血化瘀；孕后坚持用药,补肾益气,固护胎元,同时鼓励患者调整生活方式,平衡饮食,体现了中医“治未病”及“个体化”诊疗思想。

Abstract

This paper discussed the syndrome differentiation and classification and treatment on recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and summarized that heart,liver,spleen and kidney were related to this disease,the syndrome differentiation was mainly kidney deficiency combined with phlegm dampness,stagnated fire and blood stasis. The therapy follows the principle of treatment by stages. Before pregnancy,the treatments emphasize the pre conditioning and removal of pathogens,and mainly concentrate on nourishing kidney and regulating chong meridian,combined with strengthening spleen and dispelling dampness,soothing liver and clearing away heart-fire,activating blood and resolving stasis. After pregnancy,the treatments insist on medication and concentrate on nourishing kidney and supplementing qi,reinforcing and supporting the fetus. Meanwhile,it encourages patients to adjust the life style and balance the diet,which reflect the diagnosis and treatment thoughts of “preventive treatment of disease” and “individuation” in traditional Chinese medicine.
