摘要

目前最常见的神经退行性系统疾病主要有帕金森病(PD)和阿尔茨海默病(AD),发病率越来越高,中医药在临床治疗过程中发挥积极作用。结合近几年中药钩藤及其复方制剂治疗此类疾病的实验研究及临床应用的文献,并在此基础上进行总结与展望,以期为钩藤在今后的神经退行性系统疾病领域的研究和应用提供参考。

Abstract

Now Parkinson’s disease (PD) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) are the most common neurodegenerative diseases with more and more higher incidence. Traditional Chinese medicine has played positive role in the clinical treatment. Combined and based on the literatures in recent years,this paper summarized and prospected the experimental study and clinical application of uncaria and its compound preparations in the treatment of this disease,in order to provide reference for the research and application of uncaria in neurodegenerative diseases in the future.
