摘要

从中药提取物、单味中药、中药复方3个角度就其调节骨髓间充质干细胞生物学行为及机制研究作一综述。骨髓间充质干细胞是理想的组织工程种子细胞,中药通过多种途径调节其多向分化、支持造血、促微血管生成、趋化迁移和免疫调节等生物学行为。

Abstract

From extracts of Chinese medicine,single herb and Chinese herbal compound,this paper reviewed the regulation on biological behavior of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) by traditional Chinese medicine and the mechanism. BMSCs are ideal seed cells for tissue engineering, and the traditional Chinese medicine regulate the biological behaviors of its differentiation,hematopoiesis support, angiogenesis promotion, chemotactic migration and immune regulation by many ways.
