摘要

目的：观察针灸结合西药治疗轻中度儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床疗效。方法：将56例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组(各28例)；对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药基础上配合针灸治疗,疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后呼吸暂停指数(AHI)、夜间最低氧饱和度(SaO,2,)变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为89.2%,对照组为53.5%；治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P,<,0.01)。治疗后,两组AHI均较治疗前降低(P,<,0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P,<,0.05)；两组夜间睡眠最低SaO,2,较治疗前增加(P,<,0.01),且治疗组高于对照组(P,<,0.05)。结论：针灸结合西药可改善轻中度儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿睡眠状况。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children. Methods56 children patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,28 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine,with a course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy in both groups were observed and the changes of apnea hyponea index(AHI)and night lowest oxygen saturation(SaO,2,)before and after treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 89.2% in the treatment group and 53.5% in the control group；the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P,<,0.01). After treatment, the AHI in both groups were decreased compared with treatment before(P,<,0.01),and the AHI in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P,<,0.05)；the night lowest SaO,2, in both groups were increased compared with treatment before(P,<,0.01),and the night lowest SaO,2, in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P,<,0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with western medicine can improve the sleep state of children patients with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
