This paper discussed the traditional Chinese medicine therapy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in stabilization period. It considered that there were syndrome transformation process from lung-qi deficiency,lung-spleen deficiency,lung-kidney deficiency syndrome to lung-spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome. Tonifying lung-spleen-kidney was the key of treatment. Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction could regulate lung-spleen-kidney together combined with tonifying yin and yang to coordinate earth-gold-water and their interaction,which was quite suitable for the pathogenesis of COPD.
