摘要

目的：研究清肺止咳灵糖浆对慢性支气管炎急性发作期大鼠肺组织病理学变化及血清IL-8、TNF-α的影响。方法：将Wistar大鼠 40只,雌雄各半,随机分为空白组、阳性药组、模型组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组,每组8只。除空白组以外的其余4组大鼠均采用改良烟熏法,建立大鼠慢性支气管炎急性发作期模型。光镜下观察支气管与肺组织的形态学改变,并测定各组大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α的含量。结果：与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α的含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白组比较,清肺止咳灵高、低剂量组、阳性药组均能降低慢性支气管炎急性发作期大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α的含量(P<0.05)。病理学结果显示,清肺止咳灵糖浆高、低剂量组与阳性药组均能不同程度改善慢性支气管炎急性发作期大鼠支气管及肺组织病理损伤。结论：清肺止咳灵糖浆对慢性支气管炎急性发作期大鼠肺组织具有修复及抗炎症反应作用,可能与降低血清IL-8、TNF-α的含量水平有关。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of Qingfei Zhikeling syrup on pathology of lung tissue and serum IL-8 and TNF-α of rats with chronic bronchitis in acute attack. Methods40 Wistar rats(20 male and 20 female)were randomly divided into the blank group,positive drug group,model group,Chinese medicine group with low-and high-dose,8 rats in each group. Except the blank group,the model of chronic bronchitis in acute attack was established in the other rats by improved smoked method. The morphological changes of bronchus and lung tissue were observed under light microscope,and the serum contents of IL-8 and TNF-α were determined. Results:There were statistically significant differences on the serum contents of IL-8 and TNF-α between the blank group and model group(P<0.05). Compared with the blank group,the serum contents of IL-8 and TNF-α in the Chinese medicine group with low-and high-dose and positive drug group were all decreased(P<0.05). Pathological results showed that the morphological injuries of bronchus and lung tissue of rats with chronic bronchitis in acute attack were improved in various degrees after the treatment with Qingfei Zhikeling syrup with low-and high-dose and positive drug. Conclusion:Qingfei Zhikeling syrup shows repair and anti-inflammatory effect on lung tissue of rats with chronic bronchitis in acute attack,which may be related to reducing the serum contents of IL-8 and TNF-α.
