摘要

探讨郁证性胸痹的病脉证治。胸痹有郁证性胸痹与非郁证性胸痹之分。中医学远在现代医学认识心脏神经官能症以及具有心(胸)痛、胸闷、短气等症状的抑郁症、焦虑症类疾病之前,即已形成了可与之相对应的郁证性胸痹的病脉证治体系。郁证性胸痹由情志不遂所引起,并受情志波动影响,主要症状与器质性心脏病之胸痹(非郁证性胸痹)相类似,但在心(胸)痛程度、样式、持续时间、主要症状与伴随症状、对解郁治疗的反应等方面,均有其自身内在不同的特点。

Abstract

This paper discussed the therapy and syndrome of chest obstruction due to depression. Chest obstruction could be classified as the types of depression-related and depression-unrelated. Long before the modern medicine knowledge of cardiac neurosis and depression and anxiety disorders which show the symptoms of chest pain,chest congestion and shortness of breath,traditional Chinese medicine has already formed its own system of diagnosis and treatment of chest obstruction due to depression syndrome. This kind of chest obstruction is caused and influenced by emotional changes. Although the main symptoms of chest obstruction due to depression syndrome seem similar to chest obstruction of organic heart disease(type of depression-unrelated),there are inherent distinctions between two types in the aspects of degree,manifestations,lasting time,major and accompanied symptoms and the reactions to depression- relieving treatment and so on.
