摘要

目的：观察清化痰湿方治疗痰湿型粉刺性乳痈的临床疗效。方法：将104例粉刺性乳痈患者随机分为观察组和对照组(各52例),均给予相同的箍围法治疗；同时,观察组口服清化痰湿方,对照组口服头孢克洛胶囊,疗程2周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后证候积分变化情况。结果：①治疗组总有效率为94.2%,对照组为13.5%；两组临床疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01),即治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。②治疗后,治疗组主要症状积分和总积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且均低于对照组各项积分(P<0.05)。结论：清化痰湿方治疗痰湿型粉刺性乳痈临床疗效良好。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of “Qinghua Tanshi Decoction” in the treatment of acne mastitis with phlegm-dampness syndrome. MethodsOne hundred and four subjects were randomized into the observation group and control group(52 cases in each group), and treated with topical herbal ointment; besides, the observation group was orally given “Qinghua Tanshi Decoction” and control group was given cefaclor capsules, with a course of two weeks. The clinical efficacy and symptoms scores were assessed. Results:①The total effective rate was 94.2% in the observation group and 13.5% in the control group, with better efficacy in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01); ②After treatment, the symptoms scores and total score reduced obviously(P<0.05, P<0.01), with lower symptoms scores and total score in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:“Qinghua Tanshi Decoction” was quite effective on the acne mastitis with phlegm-dampness syndrome.
