摘要

介绍沈小珩教授治疗慢性胃炎用药思路及常用药物。其诊治本病重视中西诊法合参、辨病辨证相结合。常用调畅气机、张驰有度、胆胃同治、脾肾双补等法治疗；并介绍其治疗本病常用药物如苍术、凤凰衣、刺猬皮、望江南等。

Abstract

This paper introduced Professor Shen Xiaoheng’s experience on medication treatment of chronic gastritis.Professor Shen emphasized the combination of Chinese and Western medicine clinical diagnosis as well as disease and syndrome differentiation.The methods included qi regulation, relaxation, gallbladder and stomach treatment together, spleen and kidney co-tonifying and so on,which commonly used herbs consist of Atractylodes, Phoenix clothing, hedgedog skin, Wang Jiangnan etc.
