摘要

论述酸枣仁汤证中“虚劳,虚烦,不得眠”的内涵,并介绍酸枣仁汤在临床各科的应用情况及其有关作用机制。指出临证时要谨守“肝血不足,虚热内扰”这一基本病机,症见不寐、疲劳、稍劳即累、稍劳即烦则可用之。

Abstract

This paper elaborates the connotation “consumptive condition, vexation and sleeplessness” in the indications of “Suanzaoren Decoction”, and introduces its application in clinical practice and relative action mechanisms. It is argued that this Decoction is indicated for “liver-blood deficiency and deficiency-heat disturbance” in pathogenesis, with the symptoms of insomnia, fatigue worsened by working and restless following work.
