Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “BushenHuoxue Tiaojing Decoction” in the treatment of hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion. MethodsNinety patients were divided into observation group and control grouprandomly(45 cases in each group), and treated with “Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction” and “Bazhen Yimu Granule”for three menstrual cyclesrespectively. Theclinical efficacy, endometrial thickness and hormone level before and after treatment and recurrence within follow-upone-year were observed.  Results:①The total effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group and 62.22% in the control group; which the clinical efficacyof the observation group was better than the control group(P,<,0.05). ②After treatment, the thickness of the endometriaincreased in both groups(P,<,0.05), and the change was more significant in the observation group than the control group(P,<,0.05). ③After treatment, the levels of FSH, LH and E,2sig,nificantly increased and the level of PRL significantly decreased in the observation group(P,<,0.05); the hormones level were improved more significantly in the observation group than in the control group(P,<,0.05).  Conclusion:“Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction”could be used in the treatment of hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion by improving hormones level and increasing endometrial thickness.
