Effect of decoction of activating blood and removing stasis and supplementing essence and marrow on HSP70 and HIF-1α expression in intracerebral hemorrhage rats
Objective:To observe the effect of the decoction of activating blood and removing stasis and supplementing essence and marrow on the expression of HSP70 and HIF-1α in intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) rats. Methods Eighty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into four groups:sham operation group, model group, control group and prescription group,with twenty rats in each group. The rat model of ICH was made by injecting autologous blood into caudate nucleus, and the neurological function of rats was evaluated. Rats in prescription group and control group were given drug intervention after waking up. The expression of HSP70 and HIF-1α were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The neurological function scores of rats in the prescription group and the control group were significantly improved, the expression of HSP70 was also increased significantly, the expression of HIF-1α was reduced significantly, the test results of the prescription group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The decoction of activating blood and removing stasis and supplementing essence and marrow can regulate the HSP70 and HIF-1α to reduce secondary injury after cerebral hemorrhage.
