摘要

综述近年舌象客观化及舌苔本质研究进展。随着光学技术和数码技术的发展,利用多种色彩模式及其他模式对舌质和舌苔的颜色、舌苔的润燥、裂纹的深浅等舌象指标开展舌象客观化研究；利用细胞学、免疫学、代谢组学、蛋白组学等技术探索舌苔的形成机制和本质。

Abstract

Tongue diagnosis is one of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) diagnosis methods. With the development of optical technology and digital technology, objective research of the tongue image has been carried out on the indicators of tongue color,moist and crack depth by using a variety of color patterns. The mechanism and essential of tongue were deeply researched by the method of cytology, immunology, metabolomics, proteomics and so on.
