摘要

探讨奔豚气病与郁证的关系。认为奔豚气病的临床表现符合郁证的特征,具有情志因素致病的特点,易感人群具有情志性疾病的气质禀赋,其发病机制与精神神经功能障碍有关,提示奔豚气病在本质上属于郁证的范畴。

Abstract

This article mainly explores the relationship between “Bentun” and depression syndrome. It is considered that the manifestation of “Bentun” fits the specialty of depression syndrome; that the etiology of “Bentun” has the features of emotional factors; that the susceptible population of “Bentun” has the natural endowment of depression syndrome, and that the pathogenesis of “Bentun” is mostly related to the autonomic nervous dysfunction induced by psychological factors. All these description prompts that “Bentun” is essentially a part of the depression syndrome.
