Acupuncture points prescription for insomnia on TCMISS
Objective:With the help of software TCMISS(V2.5), the key acupuncture points for insomnia are determined by data retrieval on the basis of clinical literature. MethodsThe acupuncture points formula for insomnia between 1997 and 2015 were screened from CNKI database and then input into software TCMISS for data mining and analysis. Results:Totally there are 237 formulas in 86 articles selected for insomnia, involving 10 syndromes; the most common syndromes are heart-spleen deficiency(21.9%) and liver depression-forming fire(21.5%). The most frequently-used points are Shenmen(HT 7), Baihui(GV 20), Sanyinjiao(SP 6), Sishenchong(EX-HN 1) and Neiguan(PC 6). When the confidence score is set as 0.8 and support score as 47,3 formulas were screened; when the the relevancy is set as 8 and punishment degrees as 2,7 core point formulas are screened. Conclusion:The platform of TCMISS is a very useful tool for screening acupuncture formulas, and he key point formulas help clinical treatment for insomnia.
