摘要

系统检索古代医籍,梳理其中与“辨证论治”相关的词语,分析其源流。“辨证论治”在古医籍中有共四十一种不同的记载方式,其中与“辨证”相似的表述有十七种,最早的记载见于东汉张仲景《伤寒杂病论·序》中的“平脉辨证”；与“辨证论治”类似的表述有二十四种,同义词首次记载见于南宋陈言《三因极一病证方论·卷二·五科凡例》中的“因病以辨证,随证以施治”；“辨证施治”首见于明代周之干《慎斋遗书·卷二》,而“辨证论治”首载于清代章虚谷《医门棒喝·卷三》。古医籍载述的“辨证”,包括辨病名、辨症状、辨脉证、辨病因、辨病位、辨证候、辨病性、辨证型等八种形式。考证“辨证论治”词语源流及发展脉络,对于准确把握中医辨证论治思想、指导中医临床实践具有重要的意义。

Abstract

This paper organizes previous literature and presents the origin and evolution of the term “syndrome differentiation and treatment prescription”, which helps understand its concrete connotation and guide clinical practice.
