摘要

目的：观察止嗽散联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法：将50例CVA患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例；对照组予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服止嗽散,疗程4周。观察两组主要症状和肺功能变化情况。结果：治疗后,两组咳嗽咳痰等症状积分和总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后两组肺功能的变化情况较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：止嗽散联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入可改善CVA患者临床症状和肺功能。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Zhisou Powder” and Symbicort Turbuhaler in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA). MethodsFifty subjects were randomized into control group and treatment group, 25 cases in each group. Control group was treated by Symbicort Turbuhaler, and treatment group was treated by Symbicort Turbuhaler and “Zhisou Powder”, with a course of 4 weeks. The main symptoms and lung function were observed before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the scores of main symptoms such as cough and expectoration and total scores were reduced in both groups(P,<,0.05), with lower scores in the treatment group than in the control group(P,<,0.05); after treatment, the lung functions(FEV,1, PEF variation rates) were improved strikingly in both groups(P,<,0.05), with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group(P,<,0.05). Conclusion:“Zhisou Powder” with Symbicort Turbuhaler is effective to improve the clinical symptoms and lung function in the treatment of CVA.
